The Life We Have is on a mission of inspiring those experiencing trauma and illness, as well as everyday stress, that there is hope and community through running and movement. 

Hosting your screening is easy and free.  It's a great, fun way to engage your friends, members, and club. And we help you every step of the way. You'll receive your own discussion guide, marketing kit, and more. Pair it with a community run/walk afterward for some fun movement.
